Citizens who apply for passports from private countries should apply to the exit and Entry Administration Department of the municipal and county public security bureaus to answer questions and perform the following procedures: 1, submit two copies and 2 photos (photo size two inches) of the "Chinese citizen's application for approval to go abroad", which is completed and affixed with my recent positive crown photos; 2, submit the corresponding proof materials for the reasons for leaving the country; 3, submit the identity card or household register of the applicant, and submit a copy thereof.

The overseas students studying abroad (including the public school and the public sent abroad) must submit a completed registration form for the students studying abroad.
