Classified Management Of Small Border Trade
The Ministry of foreign trade and economic cooperation and the General Administration of Customs recently issued a joint circular on the classified management of small border trading enterprises.
The small border trade enterprises that are incorporated in category a management shall give priority to preferential policies.
Regular management should be carried out for small frontier trade enterprises incorporating customs management into category B.
In addition to the implementation of key supervision, the border small trade enterprises with C and D management should be abolished.
