CISAM2007 Sees Development Through Numbers

1987 to 2007

In the late 1980s, China's sewing machinery market was gradually formed.

With the development of the market, in from September 26 to 28, 1987, the "1988 National Sewing Equipment Exhibition ordering meeting" sponsored by the China Sewing Machine Association (later renamed the China Sewing Machinery Association) was held in Nanjing, Jiangsu.

In from August 6 to 8, 1996, the first CISMA was held at the Shanghai International Exhibition Center.

The "sewing equipment ordering society" was officially renamed the "China International Sewing Equipment Exhibition" (CISMA).

The exhibition has become a new milestone for China's sewing equipment exhibition industry. CISMA has also jumped to become one of the four international top four sewing equipment exhibition, which is famous for its BOBBIN exhibition, Germany's IMB exhibition and Japan's exhibition.

In twenty-first Century, with the development of China's economy and the improvement of internationalization level, the sewing machinery industry has made greater progress.

In order to meet the needs of sewing industry exhibition, CISMA has expanded rapidly, playing an invaluable role in fostering professional market, promoting international exchanges, improving technological progress, and expanding overseas markets.

CISMA2007, with its huge scale, long history and good innovative service, is the first major exhibition of sewing machinery industry in the world.

2000 to 100 thousand m2 scale development

In the "1998 National Sewing Equipment Exhibition ordering meeting", the exhibition area is only 2000 m2.

In recent years, with the adjustment and pfer of the world industrial structure and the sustained and rapid growth of China's economy, the sewing machinery industry has made leaps and bounds.

In 2003, China's sewing machinery industry first realized the external trade surplus of the industry.

The rapid development of the industry has provided a broader market for professional exhibitions. Professional exhibitions have set up a stage for the further development of the industry. CISMA scale has expanded rapidly along with the development of the industry.

The total CISMA2003 exhibition area was 58000 m2, an increase of 26% over the same period last year. The total area of CISMA2004 exhibition was 75000 m2, an increase of 29% over the same period last year. The total area of the CISMA2005 exhibition was 80500 m2, an increase of 7.3% over the same period last year, and the scale of the exhibition jumped to the top of the world. The total area of the CISMA2007 exhibition reached 103500 m2, an increase of 28.6%, the highest in history, and further consolidated the status of the world's first exhibition.

CISMA 2007 has opened all the 9 pavilions of the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, and has set up two registration hall in North and south.

The main basis for dividing the booth is the type of exhibits. The main exhibits of W1 ~ W5 are mainly sewing machines. The E1 hall is made up of CAD/CAM, ironing equipment, hanging system and laser equipment. The E2 hall is mainly embroidered. The special machinery and accessories of E3 hall are the main exhibits, while the E4 Pavilion mainly displays spare parts.

70 to 1300 International Development

As an internationally famous brand, CISMA has attracted a large number of domestic and foreign exhibitors.

Since 1998, 70 exhibitors have developed to 1085 exhibitors in CISMA 2005, with 853 exhibitors in mainland China and 232 overseas exhibitors, accounting for 27.2% of the total number of exhibitors. Overseas brands show an area of more than 30%.

The number of exhibitors in the upcoming CISMA 2007 is closer to 1300, exhibitors from more than 20 countries and regions. Among them, the enterprises in Mexico, Jordan, Greece and Poland are all the first exhibitors. The international famous brands involve many brands, such as heavy machinery, Bai Fu, Da he, Da Ma, Fei Ma, Sunstar, Ge Bai, Li Ke, Esther, Jing Jing Ji, Gao Gao, PGM, Wei Jie, Mai Jie, Reliant, organ, Zuo Wen, Hirose, Tian Dao, Behringer and so on. The internationalization of the exhibition is further improved.

At the same time, a large number of professional overseas audiences also come to visit the market.

Of the 22830 professional spectators interviewed by CISMA 2005, 1944 came from overseas.

CISMA 2007, pre - registration has been conducted by more than 30 spectators from mainland China, Hongkong, Taiwan and Europe, the United States, Asia and Africa.

Among them, the organizers invited 55% of the audience, the media invited 20% of the audience, the exhibitors invited the audience to 19%, and the other channels invited the audience to account for 6%, compared with the new breakthroughs of CISMA 2005.

0 to 9000 M2 regionalization development

Unlike the previous CISMA, in order to further highlight the theme of "new image building international platform and new technology to promote industrial upgrading", this exhibition has intensified its efforts in overseas groups and domestic production groups. Germany, South Korea, Hongkong and Taiwan will all be presented as exhibitions in the form of an overall group.

The domestic group has also refreshed the calendar year. The Jiangsu sewing machine production area, Zhuji embroidery machine production area, Hebei Changli spare parts production area, Wanping sewing machine producing area, Dongyang sewing machine producing area and other groups will all set up the booth to display the new brand and the new image.

In the total area of the exhibition, the declaration area of 305 enterprises of 11 groups of groups is more than 9000m2.

At present, many industrial clusters have been formed in the mainland and overseas. The distribution methods of products and enterprises in these industrial clusters have their own characteristics. Group participation can minimize the cost of exhibitors with scale advantages, cost advantages and brand advantages, and maximize the effect of exhibitors, which is beneficial to reflect the production characteristics of producing areas, build regional brands, and visit with professional visitors.

1 to N (single sewing machine to many varieties) high-tech development

Since 1988, the sewing machinery industry in the world has made rapid progress, and the technological content and technology and quality of products have been promoted every year.

According to the investigation and statistics of China Sewing Machinery Association, a large number of products and technologies with high technology and high added value will be displayed on CISMA2007.

In addition, the automatic processing unit will become the highlight of the exhibition. All kinds of special automation devices and accessories will also be presented at the exhibition. Products across the industrial and non industrial small and medium scale ironing equipment are expected to meet with the professional audience.

At the same time, some European and American enterprises specialized in developing related automation devices and accessories, and the ironing equipment line of jeans and leisure series produced in Germany, Japan, the United States and other countries will also be on the stage.

Leaps and bounds, standards, heavy machines, brothers, Tongyu and other famous companies will display high-tech new products on CISMA2007.

1 to 2 (exhibition development) diversified development

The biggest difference between CISMA2007 and the previous exhibition is that despite the tight stalls, the organizers decided to open two theme leisure areas on the west side of the W3 Pavilion and the north side of the E3 Pavilion on the north side of the CISMA Pavilion, combining the embroidery exhibition with the leisure, so that the audience who visited the 9 pavilions can enjoy the most beautiful embroidery products in the world while resting.

This is the first time that CISMA has opened the exhibition since its 11 session.

The embroidery exhibition will display the excellent embroidery products of embroidery machine enterprises at home and abroad. It aims to help enterprises display products and publicize brands, enrich the exhibition structure of CISMA, enhance the interaction between CISMA and enterprises, and enhance the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in CISMA.

At the same time, we also focus on the latest technology and products of embroidery machine manufacturers all over the world, so that they can learn from each other.

The theme exhibition will be held in the exhibition. This is also an important move for CISMA 2007 to demonstrate its agglomeration and magnification function as an international platform.

The setting up of the leisure area embodies the humanization of the exhibition service. The embroidery exhibition and the leisure area combine into one, and adds a lot of interest and artistic atmosphere to the leisure area to light the whole exhibition.

In 1988, the first order meeting was held in the form of ordering, focusing on product promotion.

At the beginning of the CISMA exhibition, the forum was gradually organized.
