All units need to replace the seal when the seal is worn or changed due to changing the name of the unit and personnel movements. The new seal card should be issued by the bank to the bank.

The unit shall cover the original seal on the reverse side of the new seal card, and seal the new seal on the front of the new seal and cover the new seal card, and indicate the opening date.

The cheque issued before the seal is still valid.
