The concept of partnership:

A partnership is a profit making organization established in China by the partnership business law of the People's Republic of China, which establishes partnership agreements with all partners, CO contributive, partnership, sharing proceeds, sharing risks and assuming unlimited joint liabilities for partnership debts.

The conditions for partnership are:

1, partners should be more than two natural persons;

2, there is a written partnership agreement.

3, there are actual contributions paid by partners.

4. The name of a partnership shall not be limited to the words "limited, limited liability" and "company".

5, there are operating places and necessary conditions for partnership.

Time limit for acceptance:

To apply for the registration, registration and filing of sole proprietorship and partnership enterprises, where the documents and certificates are complete, the administrative department for Industry and Commerce shall complete the approval or refutation procedures 5 working days after acceptance.

Procedures for the establishment of partnership enterprises:

The establishment of partnership enterprises usually involves the following steps:

The fifth step is to pay the registration fee and get the license according to the date determined by the notice of acceptance.
