Commodity trademarks refer to trademarks that are used in production, manufacture, processing, selection and distribution of commodities.
Service marks refer to trademarks used by service providers to differentiate themselves from services provided by others.
Collective trademarks refer to the use of commodities or services by members of industrial and commercial organizations, associations or other collective organizations, which are used to indicate that the operators or service providers of goods are the same organizations so that they can be distinguished from the goods or services provided by non members. Trademark certification marks are those controlled by the administrative organs, groups or designated institutions that have control and detection ability, and are used by other people in goods or services to prove the origin, main raw materials, manufacturing methods, quality, accuracy and other specific qualities of commodities.
