    報(bào)關(guān)單是由進(jìn)口商或其代理人（專業(yè)報(bào)關(guān)行）按照海關(guān)規(guī)定的格式和要求，根據(jù)進(jìn)口貨物的實(shí)際情況填寫，用于向進(jìn)口地海關(guān)進(jìn)行申報(bào)的文件。進(jìn)口報(bào)關(guān)單只有經(jīng)過海關(guān)簽章放行后，進(jìn)口商才能夠提取貨物。同時(shí)，進(jìn)口報(bào)關(guān)單還是進(jìn)口商向國外支付貨款時(shí)需要使用的重要憑證。
