    Corporate Culture Enhances Employee Desire

    2010/2/11 9:52:00 28

    Administration

People have desires, and I am quite firm in writing this sentence. Some people may say that there is no desire for those monks who worship Buddhism.

They also have desires. They seek peace of mind. Is that not desire?

As employees enter the enterprise, the longer the material desires continue to expand and the enterprises can not keep pace with the expansion, the employees' dissatisfaction with the enterprises will increase. I believe that the development of any enterprise can not always be at a high speed stage. There must be a stable period, and the stability period is less for employees, and the increase in salary is small. In the previous year, hundreds of people are now adding a few hundred a year. Now, the gap between them is so large. When the former classmates open BMW and live in a luxury house, your mind will start to worry. In the heart, you can't help impetuously. The more you want to seek for better development opportunities, the more intense you will be. Our desire is more practical and takes a lot of money, so when we look for jobs, most of them treat the enterprises according to their treatment.

    Such examples are everywhere.

In recent days, employees of a state-owned enterprise have already been in the company for more than ten years. According to her, they have entered the company after graduation, and they are still the youngest in their department. They still have forty years' experience. I believe that such a situation is not surprising to those who have stayed in state-owned enterprises. I have also stayed in state-owned enterprises, and have seen employees who have worked in their company for a lifetime. Before, we also said it was because of the golden rice bowl, but from now on, they have worked for more than ten years in a company, and these have not been flowing. That is really rare. I have been thinking that the state-owned enterprises' turnover rate seems to be lower than that of private enterprises and foreign enterprises. Is there any special reason?

Based on my own experience, I think state-owned enterprises may have a unique aspect in corporate culture:

Work, this kind of working environment is very loose, which is why we all say that state-owned enterprises are the hotbeds, and the people who get in are easily assimilated by the hotbed. At this point, I have a deep understanding of it. It has been very difficult to adapt to the work of Taiwan enterprises since it jumped out of state-owned enterprises. It took me a month to get used to it. My employees also stayed in state-owned enterprises, and when they first entered the office, they often did not adapt to them. The pace of work was much slower. Many of them felt that work was comfortable for employees who stayed in state-owned enterprises. First, the working environment, most of the working conditions of state-owned enterprises are relatively loose, and 8 hours a day may only be a little more than half a day.

Amateur life has also given employees another stage to show themselves.

Speaking of state-owned enterprises, many people will put forward that there are many disadvantages of state-owned enterprises. This is true. Every enterprise has its own disadvantages. It is just how many, but every enterprise has its own advantages. We can not ignore the advantages of others and enlarge their shortcomings.

I have met all kinds of business people. When they talk about their respective companies, they talk about wages, and basically do not talk about spiritual culture. This is related to our present living environment. But from the topics of recent years, such as advocating excellent corporate culture, we can see that many of our enterprises are trying to shape employees' satisfied enterprises, and this satisfaction is not only material satisfaction, but also spiritual satisfaction. It has gradually pformed the recognition of enterprise's spiritual culture from the employee's recognition of material culture.

The desire of employees will increase with the increase of seniority, which is influenced by the social environment and family environment. We can not deny the positive desire of employees, because we stand different angles, but we should understand the needs of employees' desires. As an enterprise, the improvement of treatment will only increase manpower costs and reduce profits. This will not weaken the growth rate of employees' desires. But if we can improve the desire level of employees through cultural life and turn material desires into spiritual and cultural needs on the basis of satisfying material desires of employees, then I think employees' sense of belonging to enterprises will definitely be strengthened. No one does not like a company which is relaxed and passionate, and no one does not want to be respected.
