Delcam CRISPIN recently released the 2010 new version of footwear digital design and manufacture. The Last Maker2010 version enhances the function of stretching boots from existing shoe last. A control plane can be created on the boot to modify the shape of the boot, that is, the size can be controlled or the percentage of length can be used to control the modification. After the shoe last design is completed, the height of the boots can be controlled when the shoe last stage is placed, and finally the data needed for processing are generated. The function of modifying the last heel height is improved, so that the design of the last part of the rest part can not be influenced by the height adjustment of the last part. Last Maker 2010 adds more orthopaedic shoe last design functions. The bending angle of the shoe last can be adjusted to match the foot curvature of the patient. In order to speed up the design process and enhance the function of copy and paste, users can easily copy the thickness, texture and color of the material to new shoes, which greatly improves the design efficiency. Engineer Pro2010 includes two modules: Tech Pac and Stitch Tec. Tech Pac is a two-dimensional production process solution, including production process forms, technical data, images and manufacturing processes. Reports can generate PDF and HTML formats. This process solution provides the shoe assembly process, all technical information such as blanking, peeling, folding and so on, so that operators can finish the upper shoe manufacture according to the factory process requirements.
