Nanning'S Emphasis On Supporting Industrial Parks And Developing Confidence In Shoe Enterprises

At present, there are 14 industrial parks in Nanning. Among them, Nanning ASEAN Economic Development Zone and six Jing Industrial Park are included in the key industrial areas of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, which are mainly supported by the autonomous region. Walking into the Nanning ASEAN Economic Development Zone, we can immediately feel the thriving vitality here.

The key industrial area of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, which is supported by the autonomous region, has a total area of 180 square kilometers. Last year, the total industrial output value reached 4 billion 452 million yuan. Since 2006, industrial output has been growing at an average annual growth rate of 54.38%. At present, there are more than 200 enterprises in the park, including more than 90 enterprises, 57 enterprises above Designated Size, and 12 enterprises with output value of billion yuan.

The relevant person in charge of the city of Nanning said that, with regard to the goal of building a regional international city and Guangxi's "first priority area", Nanning has grasped the major opportunities such as the China ASEAN Expo, the opening and development of the Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone and the scheduled completion of the China ASEAN Free Trade Area, and persisted in the industrial priority development strategy. In line with the spanformation of the industrial development mode and the readjustment of the industrial structure, we should focus on the development orientation of the park, lay stress on the construction of the infrastructure in the park, lay stress on shaping the self development ability of the industrial park, earnestly grasp the innovation of the system and mechanism of the park, and push the industrial layout optimization and industrial agglomeration vigorously.

In 2009, the total industrial output value of Nanning's industrial park was 53 billion 300 million yuan, of which two key industrial parks had an industrial output value of 7 billion yuan; in 2010, the total industrial output value of the industrial park in the city was 72 billion yuan, of which two key industrial parks were 9 billion 500 million yuan, and strive to increase by 35% over the same period.

In order to further develop key industrial parks, early this year, Nanning promulgated the implementation plan for tackling tough industrial parks in Nanning in 2010, and set up a tough battle headquarters. The general mobilization of the whole city has made great efforts to promote the construction of industrial parks; the construction of characteristic industrial parks has been launched in a comprehensive way, relying on large enterprises and large groups to build "garden Central Park"; improving the carrying capacity of the infrastructure in the park and promoting the entry of industrial projects; and implementing the financing method of the "City loan area", to solve the financing problem of the park. These policies and measures have greatly promoted the construction and development of key industrial parks in the city.

Reporters interviewed in the Nanning ASEAN Economic Development Zone learned that Taiwan Maas group is a large international group dominated by shoes and related industries. The footwear industry of the group settled in Nanning ASEAN Economic Development Zone in December 2007, with a total investment of 80 million US dollars.

Group leader told reporters that the group entered the Nanning ASEAN Development Area, one is the location advantages and policy advantages of seeing Guangxi and Nanning, and the two is that the development zone is very committed to the concept of "sincere investment and trust in business". Therefore, even during the worst international financial crisis in 2008, the group did not stop investing in Nanning. He said with confidence: "in such a development zone, we are confident to create a legend of footwear industry."
