Classification of wool

    Knitting wool is generally divided into two types: knitting wool (knitting yarn) and knitting yarn (knitted velvet).

Knitting yarn: the number of stocks is more than three shares (including three shares), but the number of stocks over 6 (including 6) is wool.

Knitted velvet: the number of shares is two shares, and the number of shares is below 6, or the finished products are single strands, and three for the processing of knitwear, all of them are knitted velvet.

Two, the quality of wool.

Knitting yarn and knitting yarn are divided into two categories, namely, woollen and woolen fabrics. According to the Arabia figure, the first Arabia figure indicated in the knitting yarn and logo is: (a total of 4 categories).

When the first digit number is 3, the second digit numbers represent the types of raw materials:

0-- cashmere or cashmere mixed with other fibers (except nylon).
1-- white cashmere
2-- cashmere
3-- purple cashmere
4-- cashmere and nylon blended
5-- short hair
6-- rabbit hair (goat hair)
7-- camel hair
8-- yak hair
9-- other

At present, the line density code in the product number is still expressed in metric count. The old system is still used here, but it is converted to a specific number after reference to the metric number.
The third and fourth digit numbers of the pin number represent the metric count of the single yarn of the product. A woolen yarn is twisted by a plurality of yarn yarns. Most of the knitting yarn is currently made of 4 strands of wool yarn, and the single strand coarse wool yarn is generally in the 6---8.5 public branch (167---118tex). The single strand fine wool yarn is generally about 16---19 public (63---53 Tex). Knitted velvet is mostly made of two ply yarn. The number of single yarn is two digit integer fine knitting yarn or knitted velvet, and the count code indicates its number, such as the number of 18/4 (56 texX4) fine wool yarn is 18. The number of yarns represented by a single integer and a decimal number will be decimated by its number code, for example, 8 gross /4 (125 texX4) and 7.5 public /4 (133 texX4) coarse knitting yarn, whose branch codes are 80 and 75 respectively.

2248----- worsted homogenous wool knitting yarn, single yarn is 48 public branches (21 Tex). Single yarn is 24 public branches (42 Tex).
3028----- woollen knitted yarn is made up of cashmere or cashmere and other fibers (except nylon). Single yarn is 28 public (36 Tex), and single wool yarn is 14 public (72 Tex).
3718----- woollen camel hair knitting yarn, single yarn yarn is 18 public branches (56 Tex). Single wool yarn is 9 public branches (112 Tex). 3816----- woolen yak velvet knitting yarn, single yarn yarn is 16 public branches (63 Tex), single wool yarn is 8 public branches (126 Tex).

In the trial production of new varieties, the "4" should be added before the specified product number to show the difference between the old varieties and no longer be added after the production is formally put into operation. For example, "4122.5" represents the new variety, the hetero wool knitted velvet and the single yarn yarn are 22.5 public branches (44.4 Tex).

For wool yarn manufacturers, because their raw materials come from different regions, in some trial products, although the raw materials are used, the spinning methods are the same as those of the single yarn, but because of the difference in the quality of the raw materials or the difference in the grade, in order to be different, the "4" is not added in front of the cargo number, and the suffix is "01", "02", "03" and so on. For example, "62602" represents the worsted knitted velvet blended with wool / nitrile, and the fineness of single yarn is 26 public (38.5 Tex), which is second times variation of 626 varieties.

Three. The color number of wool yarn.

羊毛衫廠目前使用的毛紗大多數為有色紗,即使是白紗成衫染色,也往往得有一個規定的色彩代號來表示其為何種顏色,況且在同一色譜中,也有很多不同的顏色,如紅色譜里就有大紅,血紅,暗紅,紫紅,棗紅,玫瑰紅,桃紅,淺紅,粉紅,淺粉紅等,有的多達十幾種,由于纖維的特性不同,就是同一種顏色也有差異,為此需要有一個統一的代號和稱呼加以區別,目前是采用統一的對色版(簡稱色版或色卡)來統一對照比色,此統一的對色版是由中國紡織進出口公司上海外貿總公司服裝分公司和上海市毛麻紡織工業公司制訂的,全稱為”中國毛針織品色卡”,此色卡被作為全國各羊毛衫廠和毛紡廠統一使用的對色版來對照比色,其對色色號是由1位拉丁字母和3位阿拉伯數字組成。

The second digit number of the color number uses the ARA number, which represents the chromatographic category of wool yarn.

0---- white spectrum (bleach and white)
1---- yellow and orange spectrum
2---- red and green lotus chromatography
3---- blue and navy blue chromatography
4---- green spectrum
5---- brown and camel color spectrum
6---- grey and black spectrum
7-9---- flower color class

The number 3,4 of the color number indicates the depth and number of the specific color in the chromatogram. It is also expressed in Arabia figures. The smaller the number in principle, the lighter the color is. The larger the number, the more darker the color is. Generally speaking, the color from 01 to 12 is from the lightest to medium dark color, and 12 to the deeper color. For example, 01 indicates the lightest type of chromatography.

0 represents white spectrum.
N is pure wool for wool.
N001 is used to "special white full cashmere" in factories.
Another example is:
12 represents a medium dark color in chromatography.
2 stands for red and green lotus.
K is acrylic knitted velvet (acrylic bulky yarn).
Again,
15 indicates a darker color in chromatography.
5 stands for brown and camel.
C is camel hair yarn.

In some areas or products exported to some countries, the old color number is still used. It is made up of 4 Arabia figures. The first digit number is replaced by the Latin alphabet. It still indicates the code of raw materials used for wool yarns. The number of the raw materials is indicated by the material code number. The second digit number is also the chromatographic category. The 3,4 digit also indicates the depth of the specific color in the chromatogram.
