Just now, both Mr. Xu and Mr. Zhang talked about encouraging college students to start their own businesses. My view is different. Should we encourage entrepreneurship? I think it is necessary. I often say that it is a great pity if a career is not created once in a lifetime, but now the direction is that in the face of the difficult work of university students, everyone will encourage all the students to start their business when they are in University, but this is actually a problem, because the life experience of college students is not enough because of the fact that children are the ability to get along with each other, the understanding and tolerance of the industry, and so on.

In the face of the curriculum setting of Chinese universities, I am also confused. China's universities set aside employment problems on the one hand. On the one hand, many courses are divorced from social reality and are backward, and the speed of knowledge updating is not enough. In fact, there are two aspects of general university curriculum: one is the direction of research talents. The direction of this research talent is not necessarily for a specific job position, to earn a lot of money, but after these research personnel come out, in fact, the state now grants a large amount of funding to study advanced science and technology and humanities knowledge in a certain field.

The two is the practical talents, that is, when this specialty is set up, it is to prepare for a good job in the future. Now, the reason is that after graduating from University, they find jobs and send resumes everywhere. He usually complaining about the society and feels that the Chinese society is too dark and unfair. He believes that the social resources are concentrated in the hands of a few people. Of course, there are some facts. But there is another problem. He resentment, for example, when he starts a business, he usually has to create with several classmates. Usually he creates a fight, and the final result is that he will not sum up his lack of ability to build up a team as a leader or a team leader. He tends to attribute the problem to the lazy, greedy and uncooperative team that he works with, and he has lost confidence in people since then.
