    Huang Junxi: now is the economic problem of the whole society. As a subdivided industry, clothing will inevitably be affected. My clients account for 30% of the foreign trade. This part of the customers is more affected. After all, the impact of foreign trade enterprises is enormous. However, 70% of my clients are domestic, and they are less affected.

    Huang Junxi: obviously, the enterprise is not bold enough, and it shows more hesitant attitude in purchasing. This shows that their acceptance of the market is not very clear. They always want to be more careful in purchasing and avoid blindly as far as possible.

    Author: is there any strategy for fabric enterprises?

    Huang Junxi: many fabric enterprises have accelerated the research and development of products. Since many enterprises are very cautious in choosing products, we will provide them with more detailed and accurate product selection as far as possible.

    Therefore, fabric companies are now expanding the product's richness, that is to say, compared with the past, we will take more sample fabrics for trousers enterprises. We hope to make the enterprises find the fabric they really need by refining products.

    The author: in addition to the variety of fabrics, has there been any adjustment in operation?

    Huang Junxi: the change in business is that we should better handle receivables and settle accounts in time. Receivables are aimed at customers who have been in arrears before. This is a habit that has been formed for many years. When the market is good, this habit is nothing to us. It's only a little late. But when the market is bad, we will have risks. What if he falls down and doesn't pay yet?

    The author: if you have a fist product, will you put it in the same area with several agents at the same time?

    Huang Junxi: now is the era of fast copying technology. Fist products are also easy to copy, and the pace of product homogenization is very fast. So sometimes I can't worry too much. The most important puzzles are two: one is the product, and the fabric is still the most important demand for the clothing enterprise. If the fabric enterprise solves the problem of the product, it will be difficult to develop. The other is the business mode, including the relationship with the agent and the cooperation with the garment enterprise.

    Huang Junxi: fabric and clothing are originally integrated industries, and the problems encountered naturally also have great coincidence. In the so-called upstream and downstream industries, these two enterprises will face the same problems and the same opportunities. At the same time, it is also hoped that these two enterprises can face difficulties together and solve difficulties together.

    Huang Junxi: the foothold of solving these two problems lies in two words: innovation. Without innovation, these two problems can not be fundamentally solved. For a fabric enterprise, only continuous innovation will attract customers of garment enterprises. For fabric companies, laziness is worse than any practical problem.

    The author: from the practical operational level, what is the most difficult problem of fabric enterprises?

    Huang Junxi: This is also the same as clothing companies. The most difficult part is inventory. Inventory is the biggest killer of benefits. It can solve the inventory problem and achieve a good profit. The General Assembly will directly affect the operation of cash flow, which will affect the speed of R & D of marketing products and the cycle of new product launch.

    The author: your market is one of the largest fabric market in China. What do you know about this market operation?

    Huang Junxi: what I want to say is that the development of the market has been deformed to some extent. The prominent feature of the malformation is the excessive rent, a standardized stall, and a rent of $7.8 million per year. Now the industry situation is not good, and even some of the company's rental income can account for 70% of gross profit, basically speaking, fabric enterprises are working for the market. This is a very unusual phenomenon.

    Is it possible to operate from this centralized market?

    Huang Junxi: theoretically, yes, there are few such centralized fabric markets abroad. But China's clothing industry is relatively low-end, in such a market stage, such a market need. Fabric companies like ours have not yet been able to abandon the centralized specialized fabric market.
