Garment Industry "Migrant Workers" Will Become History

In April 17th, Shishi hi-tech vocational training school signed an agreement on personnel training and pfer of employment with second vocational secondary schools in Dianjiang County, Chongqing. On the 28 day of the month, the graduating class of clothing specialized in Dianjiang County arrived at Shishi, and all of them were employed in a garment enterprise.
The author understands that the strategic objectives of human resources formulated by some garment enterprises of Shishi are: first tier employees are mainly secondary school students and technical students, and management is mainly secondary vocational school students and vocational college students.
The city's labor department has carried out a specialized class of directional clothing with many secondary vocational schools in the mainland, and will form a planned and large-scale delivery of skilled human resources to Shishi garment manufacturing industry.
Shishi challenge wolf company and Yunnan Qujing vocational school jointly launched a "challenge wolf" clothing class. After graduating from the class, all of them were directed to challenge wolves for employment.
This year, a large reduction in migrant workers is expected next year.
At the beginning of this year, during the recruitment period, the surrounding area of Shishi, like the economically developed areas along the coast of the country, saw widespread labor shortage. The number of "migrant workers" suddenly decreased significantly. The largest number of workers in Shishi garment industry is the first-line lathe workers, who account for about 70% of the total garment manufacturing industry.
They have low educational background, and many people have no opportunity to get promoted without jobs.
The first line of Turner is the most unstable and the most mobile. Only a small part of primary school education and husband and wife work have certain stability.
Along with the continuous popularization of 9 years compulsory education in rural areas, the cultural quality of the young people in the mainland is rapidly improving. The change of the grass-roots employees in Shishi garment manufacturing industry is an inevitable trend of historical development.

Computer cutting beds are gradually replacing traditional manual printing. Intelligent and automated clothing manufacturing equipment needs popularization and application of practical talents with high quality culture and technical secondary school students.
It is foreseeable that in the future, the "peasant workers" with low farming background and low education level will gradually fade out of the Shishi garment manufacturing industry. Instead of being peasants, laborers with higher and middle vocational education have become the main body of Shishi clothing manufacturing industry. Maybe one day, "migrant workers" will become a historical term.
