Nanning Finds 250 Thousand Yuan Infringement Of Men'S Casual Shoes
Recently, according to the manufacturer's report, the city's Bureau of industry and Commerce seized 134 pairs of men's casual shoes suspected of infringing on the exclusive rights of registered trademarks in a special store located in Xiang Bin Road, with a value of about 250 thousand yuan. On the same day, the Municipal Bureau of industry and Commerce received a report from the inspection detachment that the men's casual shoes sold in a shop in Xiang Bin Road violated the manufacturer's exclusive right to use the registered trademark.
The law enforcement officers quickly inspected the shop and found that men's casual shoes marked with registered trademarks were placed on the shelves and warehouses of the store.
There is no Chinese logo on the carton packaging of these shoes, nor does it indicate the name, site and place of production of the shoes.
For those shoes suspected of infringing upon the exclusive rights of registered trademarks, the law enforcement officers of industry and Commerce have temporarily withheld them and filed the cases for further investigation and treatment.
In the case of infringement on the exclusive right to use registered trademarks, the commercial and industrial departments will strictly investigate and punish them in accordance with the provisions of the trademark law, and find that the lawful rights and interests of trademark registrants should be protected to the maximum extent.
