An international home chain enterprise has said that as long as there are more than 50 thousand square meters of resources, they will immediately enter.



    Reporters learned that, close to the friendly shopping mall in the good rain city commercial residential building pre-sale, a shop 120 thousand yuan per square metre, at present, 1200 square meters of shops have been fully pre-sale.



    "No land" is not only a problem faced by the sand area, but also a common investment problem faced by the central city of Urumqi.

    The director of the office of Wu Chang merchants office said that the contradiction between supply and demand of usable land in the main urban area of Urumqi will become more obvious as the work of helping the whole country is carried out.
