In 2008, the company applied for export exemption from the AQSIQ, and passed the initial examination of Shenzhen inspection and Quarantine Bureau in August of that year.

In order to help them further improve the quality management level and pass the final inspection without exemption, in April 28th, the Shenzhen textile inspection and quarantine expert went to Hua Si company to help the company sort out the company's quality management system and product production and quality control mechanism in accordance with the 78 requirements of the export inspection exemption issued by the AQSIQ, urging the company to continuously improve its quality.

Since the launch of the "quality improvement" campaign, the Shenzhen inspection and Quarantine Bureau has implemented the "one factory and one strategy", and the leaders of the bureau have taken the lead to the office at the scene of the enterprise.

At the same time, in conjunction with the actual situation in Shenzhen, the Bureau, from actively supporting the pformation of the economic structure in Shenzhen, promoting the development of low carbon and environmental protection economy, and vigorously supporting the development of independent innovation enterprises, has promulgated 27 measures for the three major items of comprehensive assistance enterprises, providing warm and intimate service and guidance for enterprises.

The classified management of export industrial enterprises is an important measure for the inspection and quarantine departments to assist enterprises in coping with the international financial crisis, and is also an important part of "quality improvement" activities.

A few days ago, the bureau announced the list of the first 231 enterprises to export industrial products. It was rated as a group of enterprises. The average rate of approval and inspection was reduced by 80%. The export goods of more than 95% achieved zero detention and zero waiting, and the corresponding customs fees were also significantly reduced.

As a result, the exemplary advantages of classified management are outstanding, and enterprises' awareness of improving product quality level under the guidance of inspection and quarantine departments is more and more intense.
