The 127 tonnes of new flat fiber were successfully laid off at the acrylic fiber plant of Daqing Petrochemical Co 65 thousand tons / year.

According to statistics, the factory spun four lines daily cumulative production of 102 millimeters long cut 5.55 points, special new flat fiber 48.181 tons, 38 millimeters cut 5.55 points, special semi extinction light new flat fiber 35.232 tons, 32 millimeter cut length 5.55 points, semi extinction new flat fiber 43.248 tons. Detection and analysis showed that all the quality indexes of the new flat fiber products met the requirements of the factory quality standards. Among them, a number of key indicators such as product profiled degree all reach or exceed the key index control values of similar products in China.

Daqing Petrochemical polyacrylonitrile plant last week completed the trial dyeing of new dyed fabrics of raw liquid dyed fabric, and accumulated one hundred and twenty kilograms of dyed wool. Compared with gel dyeing acrylic fiber, the dyeing fastness of raw liquid dyed acrylic fiber reaches eight grade. Outdoor products such as sunshade cloth and camping tent produced by this product are brightly colored, high color fastness, durable and easy to fade. The added value of products is high and the market prospect is good.
