Consumers said that in June 20th, suning.com Hongxing Erke flagship store published advertisements through headlines, jitter, QQ and other channels, claiming that the store will carry out the activity of "21 full 20 back" in June 21st, causing a large number of consumers to place orders during the activity period. During the 21 days, the reduction of full orders was forced to cancel. Consumers dissatisfied with unilaterally forcing the shop to cancel the order, and demanded the contract to complete the order.
Subsequently, suning.com Hongxing Erke announced on the front page of the store: "Hongxing Erke" 21 day event is an abnormal price event, involving the cancellation of orders, according to the platform rules, it is determined that the consumers who do not need to buy the extra life need no compensation. The normal consumers will pay 50 Yuan vouchers (65 full use). The coupon is valid until July 31st. If the coupons issued at the beginning are not used, they can contact Hongxing Erke customer service and renew the vouchers, and the stores will be restored to the shelves before June 27th.
And said that in response to this incident, Hongxing Erke shop downgraded the general store and deducted points, the sales of abnormal orders were not included in the store data.
Qiu Baochang, an expert committee of the China Consumer Association, believes that suning.com Hongxing Erke flagship store unilaterally cancels the consumer orders that have already paid for the goods. It is a "cut down" Act explicitly regulated by the e-commerce law, which infringes the legitimate rights and interests of consumers. Suning.com, as an electronic business platform, should not be responsible for the implementation of warning, suspension or termination of services in violation of the laws and regulations of the platform operators in time.
The Changjiang Commercial Daily telephoned the official platform of suning.com to learn that the normal consumers can get compensation after cancelling the order, while the "super life needs consumer" is directly closed due to the abnormal order. About how to divide "normal consumers" and "consumers who need to buy Super lives", suning.com said that it was judged by the professionals in the platform that the criteria could not be released.
Therefore, consumers can only judge whether they can get the coupon payment by closing the order.
