ABC IPO Or "28 Meeting"

According to reports, the Agricultural Bank of China will be in the IPO trial in May 25th, if the progress is good, or will be issued on May 28th.

This Tuesday's preliminary trial has been announced in the next week's work arrangements.

At the preliminary examination meeting, the chief of the trial committee will participate in the first instance.

The news has not yet been confirmed by ABC.

In May 20th, Pan Gongsheng, vice president of Agricultural Bank, told the media: "the scale of issuing, issuing time and the proportion of the two places are still in the process of active research. The issue price should be considered comprehensively according to the situation of roadshow, the company's intrinsic value, growth, market supply and demand, and the overall situation of the capital market."

Since the beginning of May, Agricultural Bank of China has been leading many teams to Hongkong, Singapore and other places to conduct pre roadshow to H-share institutional investors.

However, the recent domestic and foreign stock markets, which are constantly oscillating and falling, have become a great pressure on the time window and pricing considerations of ABC.

The index closed down 136 points in May 17th, setting the biggest drop this year.

If all goes well, ABC's IPO will exceed the ICBC's financing record, reaching $30 billion, and is expected to become the largest IPO ever.

But what can't be ignored is that ABC can become the biggest IPO in history when the valuation of bank shares is lowest, bank refinancing is coming out and the mode of rural financial business is unclear.

Hu Zu Liu, a former Goldman Sachs Global Partner, is full of confidence. "ABC is now almost the same as other state-owned commercial banks, and its IPO is very successful.

But after listing, how to find an effective profit model for agriculture, rural areas and farmers is both an opportunity and a challenge.
