In addition, Ji'nan's radiation protection technology and the innovative technology of polyester instead of PVA slurry are all remarkable points in the field of chemical fiber chemical industry.

The knitwear of the head of state was originally a knitting mill in Ji'nan. As one of the 30 restructured enterprises in our city in 1995, it was converted from wholly state-owned enterprises to state-controlled enterprises. It was named "Ji'nan head knitting Limited by Share Ltd".

The name of the enterprise seems to be very large. At that time, it could only be regarded as a small and medium-sized enterprise. It ranked the 17 in Ji'nan's textile industry before 1996.

After ten years of reform and innovation and development, the annual output value, profits and taxes of the head of state increased by two times, and the brand image was greatly improved. In 2007, it ranked 314 in the top 500 textile and apparel enterprises in China, and jumped to 134 in 2008.

In the view of Wen Zengli, chairman of the knitting company, the development of the enterprise in the past ten years has benefited from four points of experience.

First, we must rely on the main business to survive, especially in the reform of traditional old enterprises.

The experience and lessons of Ji'nan enterprises show that there are few successful enterprises that break away from the main business and carry out reform.

In 2000, the head knitting company formulated a "big triangle" development strategy around the main industry, namely, strengthening trade, expanding domestic trade and doing business. After more than five years of hard work, the technical management foundation of trade subsidy has been further enhanced. The total volume of domestic trade has surpassed that of trade subsidies and has achieved good results, and business resources have reached full load development.

Second, be good at keeping up with the market and finding ways to survive.

In 2002, the knitting of the head of state was changed from the original factory system to the business unit system. The more than 30 administrative departments and the social functional departments were abolish and reduced, and three business departments with the market as the leading part were established.

When the head of the knitwear chose the system of the business unit, it was also resisted by the cooperative customers. But for the survival and development of the enterprise, we must seek to survive and develop new markets.

Third, enterprises must not rely solely on OEM to create their own brand culture.

Under the impact of the international financial crisis, many enterprises in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guangdong and Shanghai have been closed down. The main reason is that only one or two customers do the processing. Once the customers have risks, the enterprises simply do not have the ability to continue to survive.

Fourth, enterprises must seize the opportunity to improve their technological and product development capabilities, especially the competitive industries such as textile and garment industries. They are, on the surface, market competition. They are actually competition in technology and products or talent competition. They must occupy the market with "new, unusual, superior and special", otherwise they will be eliminated by the market.

In recent years, the head knitting has invested 5 million yuan to 10 million yuan each year for technical pformation, and has developed over 50 new products.

From the industrial basis, Jia Fengmei, President of Ji'nan textile and garment industry association, believes that Ji'nan's textile and garment industry can build industrial clusters around three major fields: cotton textile industry, Shanghe's Hongye as the leader, concentrating Huafeng, Lanshi, Ren Feng, Lu cotton and other enterprises, forming a cotton spinning and weaving industry cluster in Shanghe and Jiyang; in the field of chemical and chemical fiber, playing the leading role of the flame retardant technology, radiation protection technology and Tianqi flat belt, and forming industrial clusters in Ji'nan Chemical Industrial Park; relying on the leading enterprises such as the head of the state, the nine Lane Huacheng and other small and medium-sized enterprises in the clothing field, and forming a garment industry cluster in Jiyang.

She suggested focusing on the field of clothing, which has short process, less investment and no pollution. It is also the industry that can best carry cultural and urban concepts, and can be built as a "city card" industry.

Ji'nan textile and garment industry is a large industry with strong technical foundation and profound culture.

The municipal Party committee and the municipal government have put forward the requirements of "building a modern industrial system". Wen added that the industrial system should be a comprehensive, multi system, prominent advantage, in line with the basic and practical layout of the industrial development of our city. In such a layout, there should be pillar, leading, high technology and traditional industry as the supporting elements.

What is the pillar industry?

It is the industry that produces profits and taxes and has strong ability to resist risks, generally refers to the industries of resource industries. Leading industries are enterprises that have complete industrial chain and can pull the development of the whole industrial chain, generally refer to the final product industry; the new technology industry is the industry that uses new materials, new technologies and new technologies; traditional industries are industries with characteristics of regional characteristics, long history and deep cultural deposits.

In the above industry system, the textile and garment industry should be both a leading industry and a traditional industry. Its industrial structure is the most compact and the industrial chain is the most complete. Therefore, our city should pay attention to and study the development direction and planning of the textile and garment industry.

At present, the revitalization of Ji'nan's textile and garment industry has favorable conditions and favorable opportunities.

Since China entered the WTO in 2001, it has broken the shackles of China's discriminatory trade policies in the world's major markets, and has expanded the international space for the textile and garment industry.

At the same time, China has a very wide domestic market. According to statistics in 2008, China's per capita fiber consumption has reached 15 kg, which has surpassed the world average and is close to the level of developed countries.

The proportion of industrial textiles in the world is 30% of the textile industry, and China is only 11%. The development of domestic textile and garment industry is huge.
