2010 World Expo Theme Museum For The First Time In History

On the morning of May 10th, the life Sunshine Hall of Shanghai World Expo held the launching ceremony of the activity week at the public square of the Expo site.

Hui Liangyu, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, vice premier of the State Council and director of the disabled working committee of the State Council, Yu Zhengsheng, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Secretary of the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the CPC, vice chairman of the CPPCC National Committee, deputy director of the State Council disabled working committee and Deng Pufang, honorary chairman of the China Disabled Persons' Federation, attended the ceremony and visited the Sunshine Pavilion of life.

Hui Liangyu pointed out that the activity Hall of life sunshine Museum coincides with the "National Disabled Day". We should conscientiously implement the directive spirit of general secretary Hu Jintao, take this opportunity to vigorously promote the development of the cause of the disabled, increase the support force, do more practical work for the disabled, solve problems, and strive to achieve "caring sunshine to illuminate the hearts of every disabled person".

The life sunshine hall is the first theme museum for the disabled in the history of World Expo. With the theme of "eliminating discrimination, getting rid of poverty, caring for life and sharing sunshine", it reflects the respect for life and highlights the vision of the disabled, striving for equality, the pursuit of equality, the beautiful yearning for life and the integration of mankind and creating a better future.

Through a variety of high-tech exhibition and experience means, the museum enables the audience to understand the disabled, understand the cause of the disabled in China, and feel the beauty of life and the way to get rid of obstacles.

At the launching ceremony, Zhang Haidi, chairman of the China Disabled Persons' Federation (CDPF), delivered a warm speech, welcoming friends from all over the world to visit the Sunshine Pavilion, hoping that everyone would watch the exhibition to "keep pace and move away".

Accompanied by enthusiastic applause, Vice Premier Hui Liangyu announced the opening of the life Sunshine Pavilion week.

Subsequently, Hui Liangyu and Yu Zhengsheng came to visit the Sunshine Pavilion.

In the hall, Jin Jing, Ambassador and Ambassador of World Expo, welcomed all the guests on behalf of the disabled and introduced the basic situation of life Sunshine Pavilion. Sun Yan, a blind graduate student at Central Conservatory of Music, and Liu Shikun, a famous piano player in China, performed four hand linked shells.
