3 Batches Of Children's Shoes In Shanghai Fail &Nbsp;

In the 2 quarter of 2010, the municipal quality and Technical Supervision Bureau conducted special supervision and spot checks on the quality of children's shoes produced and sold in this Municipality.

A total of 31 batches of products were inspected and tested, and 3 batches were rejected.

Of the 31 batches, 20 batches of products produced in this municipality were not qualified in 3 batches, and 11 batches of products from other provinces and cities, and 0 batches of substandard products.

According to the requirements of the national standards and related standards of GB/T15107-2005 "sneakers", "QB/T1002-2005 shoes", QB/T2880-2007 "children's leather shoes" and so on, the following items of children's shoes are tested:

(1) tourist shoes: the appearance quality, the peel strength of the bottom wall and the side surface, the peel strength, the wear resistance, the adhesion strength between the outsole and the outer midsole.

(2) leather shoes: sensory quality, peel strength, sole wear resistance, heel bond strength, shoe pull strength, hook bending rigidity, hook hardness, bottom sole hardness, outsole and mid sole adhesion strength.

(3) children's leather shoes: free formaldehyde, decomposable harmful aromatic amine dyes, sensory quality, odor, peel strength, wear resistance, hardness of outsole, hook hardness, lining and pad color fastness to rubbing.
