The Ministry of Finance and the national development and Reform Commission jointly issued a circular on the export of products to promote the development of foreign trade and agricultural industry.

The circular is clear that the entry exit inspection and quarantine fees shall be exempted from the export of live animals, live poultry, aquatic animals and exempt agricultural products.

Quarantine fee

For export textile and clothing products, the entry-exit inspection and quarantine fee is charged at 70% of the current collection standard.

According to the introduction, the entry and exit inspection and quarantine fee for relief includes: the quality inspection fee collected by the entry-exit inspection and quarantine institution, the quarantine of animal clinical quarantine, the quarantine of plant and animal and plant products, the hygienic inspection fee for food and food processing equipment, the weight identification fee, the quantity identification fee, the packaging utilization appraisal fee, the other special inspection item fee, the issuing certificate (single) fee, and the laboratory inspection item, the appraisal project charge and so on.

The notice is clear that the regulation will be effective from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2010.
