2. responsibilities:
3.1 the personnel department is responsible for the overall management of internal recommendation.
3.2 the finance department is responsible for the statistical work of internal recommendation fees.
3.3 the medical department and nursing department are responsible for assisting the personnel department in screening the candidates.
4. requirements:
4.1 internal recommendation fee award criteria:
Internal classification fee recommendation standard (yuan)
Senior title technician 200 yuan
Intermediate title technician 100 yuan
Junior Title technician 50 yuan
General employees (work, security, doormen, nursing workers, nursing staff, etc.) 20 yuan.
4.2 the time of the internal recommendation fee is paid by the referral staff after a 2 week probation period.
4.3 internal recommendation process:

4.4 internal recommendation Award: internal staff recommendation must comply with the following principles:
