Two, the scope and mode of service:

1. free operation instruction and technical consultation;

2. repair damaged equipment with repair value or remove equipment failure.

Five. The following conditions are not covered by Party B's warranty:

Damage caused by voltage instability:

Machine consumables such as toner, ink cartridge, ribbon, photosensitive drum, carrier, cassette and so on;

Party A refuses to refit warranty products or replace parts and consumables supplied by Party B.

Party A authorizes Party B's authorized personnel to guarantee the machine.

Six, charging standard:

1, Party A will pay the warranty cost to Party B when signing this agreement.

2, Party A needs Party B to repair the premises outside the city. Party A shall pay Party B's working hours and travel expenses.

Seven, liability for breach of contract:

Party B provides the quality of the spare parts to Party A, and Party B shall bear the liability for compensation.

If Party A fails to pay the amount of Party B's overdue payment, Party B shall pay to Party B 2 per cent of the overdue portion of the late fee per day.

Eight. Disputes arising from the execution of this Agreement shall be settled through consultation between Party A and Party B.

If negotiations fail, Party A and Party B agree to be arbitrated by the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission.
