The commendation list for the selection is 100 advance collectives in the national textile industry, 550 national labor models and advanced workers in the textile industry.

Du Yuzhou stressed that the "notice" put forward clear requirements for the policy and procedure of recommending the selection work, and every place should conscientiously implement it in the work.

In the specific work, we must strictly grasp the recommended selection conditions, and really elect the outstanding representatives of representative, advanced and exemplary textile enterprises and institutions and workers.

The notice stipulates that the national textile industry's advanced collective selection scope includes all the units and departments of the national textile industry (including China's textile industrial bases, cities and counties, and Characteristic Towns).

The commendation of the model workers and advanced workers in the national textile industry includes the national textile enterprises and institutions, the Chinese textile industry base city (county), the characteristic city (town), the local textile industry management office at various levels, and the employees of the textile and garment workers association at all levels.

The notice stipulates that the focus of the selection should be on the grass-roots level and on the front line of production and work.

In the selection scale setting, the number of front-line workers is not less than 50%, the person in charge of the enterprise is controlled within 10%, the management personnel of scientific and technological personnel and enterprises are controlled within 20%, and the level cadres are controlled within 7%.

The notice clearly stipulates the conditions for the selection. It requires that the selection work be carried out strictly according to the selection criteria, and that it should adhere to the ideological and political performance, the performance and the size of the contribution, and the typical recommendation should be representative, advanced and exemplary.

Those who have been recommended as state workers must be given the opinions of the organizational departments in accordance with the management authority of the cadres, and seek the opinions of discipline inspection, supervision and family planning departments. The recommended candidates are the heads of the enterprises, and the opinions of discipline inspection, supervision, industry and commerce, taxation, environmental protection, human resources social security (labor protection), safety production, family planning and other departments should be sought.

The notice stipulates that the individuals and units that are not recommended strictly according to the selection criteria and procedures shall be revoked after being investigated and revoked, and the qualification of the unit to participate in the next recommendation shall be abolished. In case of serious dereliction of duty, dereliction of duty or fraud, taking advantage of personal gains and accepting bribes, etc. in the work of granting an honorary title, the offender shall be dealt with in accordance with the relevant provisions.
