Three Quarter Footwear Design - Three Head Detail

The three quarter shoe is a top grade product. Some details need to be discussed.

     1. craft sedan in the former Baotou
In the three quarter, the location of the bottom of Baotou needs to be processed. Why? If we compare the three heads with the two heads, we will find that the bottom of the former Baotou is slightly longer. This is due to a slight rise in the back line of the former Baotou. The solution is very simple. It is to cut off a gap of 2 ~ 3mm between the front and the front side of Baotou, see 1-3-6.

The craft is between the former Baotou and the former Chinese gang. In order to keep the shape of the former Baotou intact, it is better to trim the feet on the front middle side. Note that the notched angle is only trimmed on the tension side to reduce the length of the stretch. If you don't take this technological step, you need to pinch 2~3 wrinkles in the bun.

    2. the difference between the inside and outside of the shoe
There should be a difference between the inside and outside arms of the back Gang, that is to say, the outer arms should be lower than 2 3mm to the inside. This is also to prevent the upper shoe from grinding the ankles. Because the ankle position of the foot is higher than that of the lateral malleolus, the shoe on the outer side should be lower than the inside.
In the age of manual operation, this difference is solved by means of technological process. There is no difference between the inside and outside arms when making the template. When stretched, the outer side of the shoe can be stretched more consciously, so the outer arms are lower than the inner arms, and the reference object is the height of the rear arm.
At present, mechanical bandages are mostly used, and the stretching machine does not have "more stretching" procedures, so the difference between the inside and outside should be worked out in the design of the template. When it is indicated on the structural drawing, the position of the P point is raised by 2 ~ 3mm, then the shoe contour line is linked up. The reference object is the height of the rear side, and the picture is 1-3-7.
Note: the difference between the inside and outside of the shoe is the difference in height. When you connect the shoe outline, do not change the length of the shoe ears.

   3. the difference between the inside and outside of the length of the post gang.
Why should there be any difference between the inside and outside? Look at the bottom surface and it will be clear. The back part of the last bottom is divided into two sides with the heel line as the middle line, and the heel line as the symmetrical one. If the bottom line is the middle line, the left and right two points appear to be misplaced. If the other side is the benchmark, the location will be considered as 1-3-8.

As shown in the figure, the vertical line between the bottom line and the heel line will be obtained by passing the F. point, and F will be obtained. And F. Two points, one after the other. This misplaced point is not good for the gang, and it is difficult to lift the feet of the inside and outside.
The way to solve the problem is to divide the bosom and design the outline of the inside and outside. But the outline and shape of the inside and outside are similar and there is no difference in appearance. Only in comparison can we feel the difference in length.
In figure 1-3-8, there are two back length lines, in which the length of the back side of the side of the Huai side is cut off. Obviously, the length of the Chinese gang will also be different from that of the others. If you want to draw a sample, you should pay attention to the model.

The above three questions are discussed in detail. The craft handles at the bottom of the former Baotou are designed to facilitate the design of other shoes. If there are similar circumstances, it is necessary to take the technological seesaw. The difference between the inside and outside of the shoe is to facilitate the machine to stretch. In order to design the parts for the operation of the Gang, there should be a difference between the inside and outside of the shoe. The difference between the inside and outside of the length helps make the design more delicate, but it is more troublesome. The design of the general shoes is very rare. However, when designing high-end shoes, there should be a difference between the inside and outside of the length of the high-end shoes.
