    Dark Rubber Band

    The dark rubber band refers to the rubber bands that are assembled to cover the parts. The rubber bands are not seen in the appearance. The sewing cars on both sides of the rubber band do not affect the opening and closing function of the rubber band.

    As shown in figure 1-8-1, this is a traditional side rubber shoes. The front part is like a whole tongue shoe. There is a dark rubber band between the tongue and the back, and the front and back sides of the shoe are aligned on the middle line of the rubber band.

    The suture is angular and fixed with dark rubber bands.





     

    Because the closeness of this kind of shoes is very strong, the total length of the front face should not be too long. Generally, the E'point should be set at the location of lOmm before the E point, and it should not be too stuffy.

    As the length of the front arm moves forward, the corresponding pick up center also moves forward to lOmm, and does not affect the length ratio of the tongue.

    In order to make the break line have a certain degree of inclination, take off center also from OQ line down lOmm and then set 0'point.


    The focus of the shoe design has been pferred to the rubber band, first find the location and size of the rubber band, and then design other parts.

    How much is the width of the rubber band?

    The general empirical data are taken from 18 to 20mm.

    So before designing the width of the rubber band, we should know the minimum size to choose the width of the rubber band, which is expressed by the smallest dimension angle.

    When your feet do not wear shoes, you will feel that the position of the foot is the front tarsal protruding point and heel.

    When you want to find the smallest size angle, you should ensure that after the tongue is opened, it is greater than the length of the front tarsal protruding point and heel.

    Because of the restriction of rubber band, the side opening shoe can not flip freely, but the rubber band can provide a certain amount of elongation.

    By using these two relations, the minimum dimension angle of the rubber band can be expressed by drawing.

    If the rubber can meet the wear requirements with the smallest size angle, the length of the angle is the smallest size of the width of the rubber band.

    As long as the designed rubber band can be larger than the smallest size, it will not affect the wearing.


    As shown in figure 1-8-2, the length of the tongue is at E', and the center of the tongue is at 0'.

    Connect E'O'line to control line.

    Find the anterior tarsal bump, about 1/2VE.





     

    First, the Q. point is the center, the Q. to 1 / 2VE length is the radius. The length represents the actual length of the shoes.

    Then take the 0'point as the center of the circle, 0' point to the tongue length as the radius, and the arc length indicates that the shoe tongue must be turned to reach the position.

    The two arc is handed to F point to get the E "O'E'".

    This angle indicates that if the rubber band is stretched, it can make the E'O'line reach the E "O'" position, and the foot can be guaranteed by entering the shoes.


    But, E, "OE'is not the smallest size angle because the extension of the rubber band is restricted by the fibers of the braided rubber band, and generally only 70% elongation, so the 70% volume of" E "O'E is only half of the smallest size angle.

    With this basic data, the angle corresponding to the 140% quantities is the minimum dimension angle of the rubber band.


    The width of the rubber band is related to the length of the rubber band, the longer the rubber band and the larger the width.

    After determining the minimum dimension angle, the position of the rubber middle line is determined first, then the length of the rubber band is determined by O'Eo.


    Take the OEo length as the radius, and intercept the 70% "E" of O'E'in the upper and lower parts of the rubber midline, locate the A and B points respectively, and aO'b is the smallest size angle.

    The corresponding AB length is the width of the rubber band.

    Considering the reliability of penetration, increase the width of the rubber band by 1 to 2mm on each side.


    Knowing the principle of determining the minimum size angle of the rubber band, you need not worry that the selection of the rubber band size is not appropriate. As long as the minimum dimension angle of the rubber band is greater than that, the wearing condition is ensured.

    When the rubber band is used widely, the minimum dimension angle can not be calculated.


    Note that the edges of the rubber band can not be trimmed, but can only be used straight side. The shoe line should be trimmed to fit the shape of the rubber band.

    With the experience of the whole tongue shoe design, the center of the pick up center has been found, and the smallest size angle has been known.

    First, the outline of shoe tongue is designed through E', Eo to O' to H1, where the Eo O'line is the middle line of rubber band.


    To make "E O'E'", make the minimum size angle in the 70% parts of the upper and lower intercepting E E O'E' of the rubber middle line, and pay attention to adding 1 to 2mm at both ends.


    Make the shoe contour, extend the dimension of the rubber band to the shoe line, and determine the width of the rubber band.

    The side of the rubber band should be pressed for 8 ~ lOmm, and there should be stubble before O'point, as shown in the dotted line.


    Next, the front contour is designed according to the method of designing tongue shaped shoes.


    E'A2 as the midline.

    Make a H1O'H2= AoO'Az.

    Fill the bottom port with the length difference 1/3. Connect the front contour of the bottom.


    The back and back bars are designed to make the difference between the front and back sides.

    The method of making the template remains unchanged. First, draw the drawing board and see 1-8-4.





     

    The basic template is produced, as shown in figure 1-8-5.





     

    As shown, there are four kinds of six pieces, including front, back, rubber and rear reinforcement.

    There are signs of rubber bands on the template and marks on the middle of the rubber band.

    The dashed line needs the additional amount of processing to be opened.


    When making the shoe template, the rubber parts should be lined, and can be replaced by extending the shoe. See figure 1-8-6.
