Monitoring found that the measured value of free formaldehyde content of 2 batches of goods far exceeded the national standard, such as Shanghai Huaihai youth Products Co., Ltd., which is sold by the Guangdong Bao Po children's science and Technology Industrial Co., Ltd. (production), "BOBDOG" brand children's shoes (Ying Youer) (model specification: B0109023), and Shanghai long se Trade Co., Ltd., which is sold by Guangzhou City Yijin children's products Co., Ltd., produces (supply) "Mckids" brand children's shoes (Ying Youer) (model specification: DP67261).

Wear resistance is an important index for testing the quality of children's leather shoes, and it is easy to wear the sole.

The peel strength is the adhesive fastness of upper and sole. It is easy to open the adhesive after wearing.

Monitoring found that 7 batches of wear resistance, 17 batches of peel strength did not meet the national standard, of which 3 batches of peel strength was seriously inconsistent, appeared "glue" phenomenon, quality problems are serious.

For example, the Sales Department of Xianlin Shoes Industry Department of Huangpu District, Shanghai, is known as the "Xidi" brand children's shoes (model specification: 903) produced by Shanghai Ming Jia industry and Trade Co., Ltd. According to the national standard, the appearance of leather shoes should be smooth, uniform, stable, clean and symmetrical.

The inner bottom, shoe upper and insole of leather shoes should meet the relevant requirements, and the same parts of the same shoes, such as the length of the front, the height of the back and the height of the heel, should be within the allowable error.

Monitoring found that some of the unqualified goods, some of the upper or the side of the decolorization obviously, some of them are uneven, and there are obvious sensory defects. Some of the parts with double shoes allow more than 100% error.

In addition, 10 batches of commodity labels are not standardized.

When consumers purchase goods, they mainly understand the goods by marking. Therefore, inaccurate commodity labels may mislead consumers.

The footwear product logo clearly stipulates that the commodity logo should be specifically marked: 8 parts of the material, product name, trademark, Chinese shoe number, product number, execution standard, manufacturer or dealer's factory name, factory site and postal code.

The monitoring of the commodity logo confusion, some fabric material identification is not accurate, some specifications are not standardized, some standard code is incorrect.

According to the monitoring results, the Shanghai Municipal Industrial and commercial department has ordered relevant enterprises to stop selling unqualified goods and request rectification as soon as possible.

Meanwhile, during the period of World Expo, the industry and Commerce Department will strictly supervise the retail and wholesale enterprises to strengthen their daily management and standardize the purchase channels.
