To catch up with the order, Tianyuan company had to buy new motor (X050019515) from Great Wall Co to resume the use of the fault machine.
It didn't last long. When the new motor was purchased for two months, the "PWROFF" fault code appeared again. It was called "fault of fuse and system power failure". After opening the control box, it was found that the "1A" fuse was burned out.

After failing to put on the belt test machine, the "E03" and "E07" malfunction codes appeared, and the "PWROFF" malfunction code was turned off when the belt was switched off, and the plug, connection and voltage were all normal. The electrical control box was dismantled and exchanged with other machines for normal use.
Because the motor (X050019515) was newly purchased and not exchanged with other machines, Wang Hong directly asked the dealer to reflect the problem and put forward the requirements for the whole machine maintenance. He did not expect the dealer's answer to be "powerless" because he could not communicate with the manufacturer and let him solve it himself.
Wang Hong tried to find the manufacturer's contact form from the instructions, but failed.
After that, he searched the Jewel Companies, found the service hotline of the Jewel Companies, called two times, and was busy, but had no choice but to turn to my magazine for help.

Wang Hong said Jewel Companies had contacted him in the afternoon, and the malfunction machine was now sent back to the manufacturer.
Later, he got in touch with the relevant person in charge of Great Wall Co, and later learned that the batch machine was sold after he disconnected from Jewel Companies and was a stock machine.
After the failure of the machine, the distributor sent the motor to the distributor in Yangzhong, Jiangsu (Jewel Companies new area agent), and then sent it back to the Jewel Companies by the dealer.
"The manufacturer's attitude is very positive. After many times, he contacted me to confirm whether the machine had been sent, but I was not satisfied with the media.
