    Powerful large enterprises have imported advanced equipment from Italy and other countries. Enterprises with relatively weak strength choose second hand equipment with low grade.

    Elimination of backward has quietly emerged in the industry.


    Elimination, step by step acceleration

    Worldwide, the technology and equipment of wool textile industry have developed rapidly in recent years, and the equipment structure has been continuously improved, and the machining accuracy has been continuously improved.

    New materials, electronic technology, and computer technology have also been widely adopted, achieving high speed, high yield, high efficiency, automation of single machine, continuous process, and greatly improved production efficiency. The gap between traditional technology and new technology is bigger and bigger.


    Although the industry chain of China's wool textile industry is perfect and the production volume is large, the localization rate of woolen spinning equipment is relatively low, especially the advanced wool washing equipment and finishing equipment.

    The import price of these equipment is very high, and only a few large enterprises can afford it.

    Fortunately, the domestic level of spinning and weaving equipment for wool spinning has also been gradually improved in recent years.

    At the same time, as the wool textile industry has been pferred to China worldwide, some of the second hand woolen equipment with high scientific and technological content has entered the Chinese wool textile enterprise.


    The policies adopted by the state will also help improve the technical level of woolen spinning equipment.

    The guiding opinions of the Ministry of industry and information technology on the structural adjustment of textile machinery industry pointed out that the key points of technological progress and technological pformation of the wool textile machinery industry require that the carding speed of the high-speed wool comber can reach 260 times / minute; the new type gill machine has the speed of reaching 120 meters / minute, and has the functions of automatic cleaning, automatic lubrication and electronic self levelling; the speed of the woolen roving roving frame is 120 m / min, and the speed of rubbing leather plates reaches 1000 times / min.


    At the same time, eliminating the backward production capacity of wool spinning industry has been included in the agenda of some local governments.

    As a major province of wool spinning, Shandong and Jiangsu have proposed the goal of eliminating backward production capacity.

    Shandong province requires combed wool textile enterprises to increase investment in technical software, improve their ability of independent innovation, enhance the quality and quality of combed garments, take the road of brand development; carding wool enterprises actively adopt electronic information technology to pform, upgrade industrial technology level, and use shuttleless looms instead of shuttle looms.

    Jiangsu has put forward the goal of advancing toward the high-end industry chain.

    On the one hand, enterprises should adopt new equipment and advanced technologies such as combing, gill, shuttleless looms, shrinking machines, pot steaming machines and so on, and strengthen the development and application of wrinkle, shrink proof, non iron, anti pilling, multi-functional combined finishing technology, and improve yarn quality.

    On the other hand, enterprises should continue to speed up the whole process of pformation of technology and equipment, actively adopt new technology, realize the diversification of wool textile raw materials, increase varieties of colors, and increase the proportion of jointless yarn.


    Under the promotion of the state and regional governments, with the efforts of the vast number of enterprises, the wool textile industry has been stepping up the pace of eliminating backward.
