Afterwards, I found the Puma counter, asked the operator to replace my new shoes, even if he added some more money, the operator said he could not solve the problem. He needed to contact the manufacturer and let me go home.

I waited for more than two months and did not get any reply. When I found the operator again, I was told that the manufacturer admitted that there was a quality problem in the shoes. But because the shoes had been worn for five months and had passed the three package period, they would not return the goods and any compensation.

Because the problem has not been solved, these shoes are still in my home.

I feel very puzzled. This pair of shoes has such a big quality problem. How can they sell them abroad? I hope the manufacturers will refund the shoes for me without any conditions.

According to the state regulations on the three package of footwear, the "three pack" period of leather shoes is three months.

There is no legal basis for consumers to ask the operator to bear the responsibility of "three packages" beyond the "three package" period.

However, if the quality defect of the product itself affects the normal use function of the product, the consumer may, according to the product quality law, require the operator to bear the responsibility for returning the goods.
