Especially for the younger generation of migrant workers, our private enterprises leaders and managers and predecessors are obliged to shoulder the responsibility of caring and educating their employees. If our enterprises establish and improve the new Wenzhou people's emotional exchange station, let workshop directors, class leaders and so on do the work of "helping others" and become "psychological counselors" to guide their employees in psychological counseling and life values. In my opinion, an enterprise can run into a big family and a university, and caring and educating employees is the least social responsibility of an enterprise.

    Zheng Xiukang: I was in Wenzhou from the general manager of the general machinery factory in 1980, and I have some feelings for the party organization and trade union. Kangnai is also one of the earliest private enterprises to establish Party organizations and trade unions throughout the country. For enterprises and employees, the Party committee is the father and the trade union is the mother.
