In the C area near the Austria Pavilion, "Lost and Found Office", Miss Zhuo told reporters that there were about 30 items missing every day, and the most common ones were certificates, tops, hats, glasses, keys, etc.

"In May, we received more than 620 items of all kinds of missing items, including 125 identity cards and more than 50 kinds of valuables, such as cameras, wallets, cameras, cell phones and so on."

After receiving the lost items, the "Lost and Found Office" in the park will do everything possible to contact the missing visitors at the first time. "There are usually two ways. The staff said that for mobile phones and telephone items, they would quickly contact the tourists who lost their belongings by phone on their phone numbers or certificates, asking him to come to claim quickly.

However, not everything can find the owner quickly. After 3 days, the unclaimed items are pferred to the No. 19 parking lot outside the World Expo Park lost property center.

Yao Tingting, deputy manager of the recruitment center, told reporters that from the beginning of June to the present, the lost and found center has collected more than 2000 pieces of lost items from each area of the park.

"Up to now, less than 20 items have been successfully claimed by my owner."

Yao Tingting said that the lost and found center also hopes to take more effective measures to get in touch with the owners. "Charging the horse for mobile phones will be in place."
