However, the World Expo Franchise Office did not authorize children's Cardin Shoes to be a licensed retailer of the World Expo, nor did it authorize them to publish advertisements with the World Expo logo and other contents in their stores, and they had no right to use the World Expo logo.
According to the Regulations on the Protection of World Expo Symbols, Cardin Without the permission of the obligee, children's shoes used the logo of the Shanghai World Expo in commercial publicity for commercial purposes, and infringed the exclusive rights of the Expo logo legally owned by the Expo Bureau. At the same time, it also caused adverse social impact, which belongs to trademark infringement.

However, the children's karting shoes have been found unqualified by the quality inspection department many times in recent years.
