China Promulgated The National Census Plan &Nbsp; Registered In The Current Residential Area.

The people's Daily reported on June 24th that the office of the leading group of the National Bureau of statistics and the sixth national census of the State Council promulgated the sixth national census plan recently.

The plan is the general plan and basis for organizing the Sixth National Census and is the norm for the work of the census.

The plan stipulates that the standard time for this census is at 0:00 in November 1, 2010.

The census targets are natural persons who are in the territory of People's Republic of China at the time of census standards, and Chinese citizens outside People's Republic of China but do not settle. They do not include foreign personnel who stay in People's Republic of China for a short period of time.

The census adopts the principle of registration according to the place of residence. Each person must register at the place of residence. If the census object does not live in the registered residence, the registered residence should register the corresponding information.

At the same time, households are registered as households, and households are divided into family households and collective households.

The main contents of the census registration include: name, sex, age, nationality, nationality, education level, industry, occupation, migration and mobility, social security, marriage, childbearing, death, housing and so on.

Personnel stationed abroad, personnel stationed in Hong Kong and Macao, personnel from other institutions stationed abroad, experts, workers, labor force, overseas students, trainees, and refresher personnel who are sent to other countries shall be declared and registered by family or collective household who go abroad before going abroad.

Persons sentenced to imprisonment and reeducation through labor shall be investigated by local public security organs, prisons and reeducation through labour Institutions, and the census forms shall be handed over to the county and municipal census offices.

The plan stipulates that the registration of population census starts from November 1, 2010 to the end of November 10th.

When census registration is carried out, the applicant shall fulfill the obligation of census according to law, answer the questions of the census personnel faithfully, and do not falsely report, concealment or refuse to report.

After the registration is completed, the census instructor shall organize the census personnel to conduct a comprehensive reexamination in accordance with the prescribed method. If errors are found, the census instructor should revisit the household and check it, and make corrections after confirmation.

The review work should be completed by November 15, 2010.

After the completion of the review work, the Census Bureau of the State Council unified the quality inspection after the event, and completed the census data collection before December 31, 2011.
