Recently, Zhejiang Jiasheng Machinery Co., Ltd., with independent intellectual property rights of computerized flat knitting machines and 11 product patents, opened a new store in Dalang. It is reported that this is the 35th CNC wool weaving machinery sales and service department stationed in Yinlang Road of the town.

At present, in Yinlang Road, Dalang Town, there are 35 CNC loom sales and service enterprises, including Julong, Cixing, Hesen, Mingde, Dawei, Feihu, Juneng, etc. It also includes the establishment of a global first-class sales department in Datang for foreign top CNC looms.

There are also many businesses operating CNC loom parts business here, and many wool weaving enterprises will come here to buy some Controlled loom Accessories, or domestic CNC looms.

Fu Zhien, deputy mayor of Dalang Town, told reporters, "At present, there are 45 CNC loom enterprises in Dalang Town, including 8 production enterprises and 37 sales service enterprises. There are 35 CNC loom sales service enterprises on Yinlang Road alone, accounting for 94.5% of the total number of similar sales service organizations in Dalang."

The reporter learned that there are 37 sales service agencies in Dalang Town at present Controlled loom Enterprises, accounting for 60% of the total number of domestic similar sales and service enterprises.

[Analysis] Industrial cluster effect

"The business development of this wool weaving machinery professional street is naturally developed with the needs of the wool weaving market." Fu Zhien said the reason why 35 CNC loom enterprises set up distribution points in Yinlang Road.

Yinlang Road is located in the core area of Dalang Woolen Weaving, which is part of the central radiation area of Guangdong Woolen Weaving Trade Market. It is surrounded by a business circle selling wool weaving machinery (hand leveler, sewing machine), yarn and accessories. Yinlang Road runs across Dajingtou Community, and a few kilometers around is surrounded by many wool mills of all sizes.

According to the analysis of people in the wool weaving industry, with the extension of the wool weaving industry chain in recent years, the original shops in the wool weaving machinery street are far from meeting the hardware needs of CNC loom enterprises, so many loom control sales enterprises have piled up to "occupy" the shops in Yinlang Road.

Fu Zhien believes that another main reason is that Yinlang Road is the main provincial road of the town, with convenient regional transportation.

Fu Zhien said that the Dalang government will take the lead in forming an alliance among 35 CNC loom sales and service enterprises gathered in the "CNC loom street", so that these enterprises can form healthy competition.

According to incomplete statistics, there were about 28960 CNC looms produced and sold in Dalang Town in 2009, mainly sold to the Pearl River Delta region, of which about 2500 were sold to Dalang and about 1600 to Changping. Relevant departments predict that the sales of NC looms in Dalang Town will reach more than 8000 sets this year.
