Through technological pformation, R & D and use of clean energy and raw materials and other clean production ways, we can reduce pollution, save energy and reduce emissions, reduce environmental impact from the source, develop low-carbon economy, and build a resource saving and environment-friendly society.

    At present, the city has more than 40 printing and dyeing enterprises to carry out cleaner production.


    Shishi enterprises are developing the "low carbon products" R & D fever.

    Wen Xing, Tai Long, Jin Li and other backbone fabric companies make large carbon articles on cotton yarns. They use high quality colored yarns to weave different warp and tension fabrics, and develop "low carbon products" such as "dyed woven memory" fabrics and "modified polyester fabrics" to reduce the use of coal and sewage discharge.

    At the Haibo conference in April 18, 2010, Gage (China) weaving and dyeing Garments Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Changsheng textile products Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement on "cooperative development and application of cold pfer printing technology and jointly promoting the development and application of cold pfer and environmental printing in knitted casual clothes and mercerized fabrics".

    "Cold pfer" technology can solve the problem of environmental protection and cleaner production of dye printing.

    This technology has obvious environmental protection function. With high pfer rate and high fixation rate, the dye consumption can be saved by 40%, saving water consumption by 1/3, discharging water recovery rate of 92%, pferring at room temperature, fixing at room temperature, and saving energy by 65%.


    Shishi backbone cloth enterprises actively develop and use biological raw materials, reduce the use of petrochemical raw materials and chemical fibers, and promote cleaner production.

    This year, Wen Xing group cooperated with the DuPont Co of the United States to develop a new type of biological fiber, and developed environment-friendly ecological fabrics. Compared with the high energy consumption and high emissions of chemical fiber raw materials, the upstream products made a great contribution to clean production.


    Qingyuan company as the first coal based oil generation company to clean fuel enterprises, the demonstration effect and popularization, will enable our city to control and reduce emissions of sulfur dioxide and ash from the source, and save energy and reduce emissions to a new level.
