"12Th Five-Year" Textile Planning Research Subject Passed Appraisal

At the meeting, the experts listened carefully to the report of the project undertaking units. After full discussion, they thought:

This report summarizes and analyzes the achievements and problems of the textile industry in the new century, especially since 11th Five-Year. The opportunities and challenges facing the development of the textile industry in 12th Five-Year are studied. The general idea and target system for the development and structural adjustment of 12th Five-Year are put forward. The key tasks and policy directions for the development and structural adjustment of the textile industry are comprehensively and accurately described. The "12th Five-Year" textile industry planning system is tentatively designed, which has a larger reference value for the preparation of the "12th Five-Year" development plan of the textile industry.

Planning and compilation should focus on key points and difficulties.

At the meeting, Wang Wei, deputy director of the consumer products division of the Ministry of industry and information technology, analyzed the difficulties and key issues in the planning of the textile industry in 12th Five-Year.

He said: "the compilation of the textile industry" 12th Five-Year "plan should focus on solving a problem, overcoming two difficult problems and paying attention to six key issues."

The two difficulty is whether to check.

Six points: 1., pay attention to value chain upgrading.

We should guide the industry to enhance the value chain of R & D, design, procurement, manufacturing, logistics and marketing network.

2., pay attention to brand building.

At present, China has entered an important period of brand training, to understand the brand in a comprehensive and complete way.

The brand has rich connotation, not only the brand itself, but also the product's quality, culture, service and so on.

3., attention should be paid to regional industrial pfer.

Industrial pfer is not an end in itself. It is necessary to maintain and upgrade our country through pfer.

Multi sectoral joint participation in research

Li Jincai, deputy director of the planning department of the China Textile Industry Association and President of the China Textile Construction Planning Institute, said at the meeting that "the research topic on the ideas, objectives, priorities and Countermeasures of the development and structural adjustment of the textile industry in 12th Five-Year" was carried out by the China Textile construction and Planning Institute, but it was completed under the unified leadership of the China Textile Industry Association under the joint participation of various departments and professional associations of the China Textile Industry Association.

Because when entrusted with the Ministry of industry, the textile industry association also asked the Planning Institute as one of the lead units, taking the lead in the preliminary study of the "textile power platform for 2020", so the Planning Institute will study the two tasks together.

Li Jincai said: "the preliminary study of the 12th Five-Year plan is an important basic work for formulating the 12th Five-Year plan.

All experts' suggestions, opinions and requests will be considered and adopted on the basis of careful study. Some of them will be adopted in the final revision of the report, some of which will be studied as separate subjects, and timely feedback to the competent departments concerned.
