Although the export price of the enterprises increased by 5% -15%, it was far below the increase of over 50% of raw materials.

(two) "difficult employment" will become a major hidden danger for the future development of enterprises.

The problem of "hard employment" is not only a matter of wage level, but also the choice of job types by the employment crowd.

At present, the majority of the people who are waiting for employment are the "80 and 90" generation, while young people have changed a lot in their choice of jobs. Many people are unwilling to work for the more difficult textile workers.

Enterprises reflect that the workers are basically old workers, and their wages have risen to more than 3000 yuan. Young people are still unwilling to take up the job.

In the next five years, there may be a big gap in the supply of skilled workers in the textile industry, which will become a major hidden danger for the future development of the textile industry.

(three) exchange rate is still one of the focuses of enterprises.

Although the exchange rate issue is a cliche, it is indeed related to the lifeblood of enterprises. In the small profit margins, enterprises can no longer afford the larger fluctuation of exchange rate.

Although RMB has overall shown a trend of appreciation, the most difficult thing for enterprises to grasp is the accurate change expectation in the short term.

(four) the survival environment of SMEs is embarrassed.

At present, some leading enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises are facing a completely different living environment. Leading enterprises have effectively reduced production costs by means of three-dimensional production mode, coupled with matching resources, and have greater competitive advantages. Small and medium-sized enterprises have to bear higher prices in raw materials and water, electricity and other matching resources. At present, the global economy is in a stage of slow shock and recovery, and the EU economy is still in danger of repeated crises. Enterprises hope to maintain policy stability, especially the stability of exchange rate and export tax rebate policy, and continue to support the development of foreign trade export enterprises.

(two) effective suppression of major fluctuations in raw material prices

The price of products should follow the change of supply and demand in the market, but at the same time, effective adjustment measures should be taken to restrain its huge fluctuation.

The rise and fall of raw material prices are hindered by the small enterprises' production, which is not conducive to the smooth and healthy development of the industry.

Enterprises hope that the state can effectively use their reserve resources to control the price of raw materials in home textiles in a more rational and reasonable range of fluctuation.
