With the popularity of e-commerce, Shishi online store has increased from less than 300 in early 2007 to more than 1100 now.

In the rapid expansion of online stores, some new consumer disputes are frequent. Consumer complaints focus on quality problems, discrepancy between orders and physical objects, imperfect after-sale services, exaggerated commodity effectiveness and so on.

In the first half of this year, the Shishi industry and commerce bureau investigated and dealt with 19 network cases, worth nearly one million yuan.

After the implementation of the real name system, online store operators can enhance the reputation of online stores through the Red Shield logo and electronic certificates of the industrial and commercial network. Consumers can also understand the relevant information of online stores, which is conducive to protecting the rights and interests of online operators and consumers, and achieving a win-win situation.

But in recent years, as the rent of physical shops has risen, the threshold of core business district has increased and profits have become thin. Some businesses have begun to fight online trade and e-commerce, and open up online shops.
