Wang Zhentao, the chairman of the shoe industry group, CO hosted the event with his charitable foundation and the Guizhou Communist Youth League.

At the launching ceremony of the day, 210 poor college students from 9 universities and colleges in Guizhou University and Guizhou Normal University were awarded 4000 yuan of Wang Zhentao charity foundation and 850 thousand of their love contributions.
Chen Changxu, Secretary of the Guizhou Provincial Communist Youth League, also introduced the situation of Chunhui action carried out by the Communist Youth League of Guizhou.
