Shenyang Clothing Industry And Commerce Bureau Failed To Pass The Inspection Rate Of 74%
In late June, the Shenyang industrial and commercial bureau announced the results of spot checks on the quality of clothing products in some major shopping malls recently. Among the 27 batches, 20 batches were unqualified and 74% failed. This result surprised consumers and aroused concern about the quality of clothing.
In the unqualified garments sampled by the Shenyang Bureau of industry and commerce, the unqualified items mainly include the contents of the instructions, the fiber content of cashmere products, the wear-resisting properties of jeans, and various color fastness.
The results of spot checks showed that some products did not mark the name of the manufacturer or the grade of the product in accordance with the law; the results of spot checks of jeans were not marked as "wash products" or "primary colors".
Fiber content is the most important quality index of textiles and clothing, and the spot checks found that almost all cashmere products were not detected cashmere ingredients.

In July 2nd, the reporter interviewed Ding Haozhe, director of the Consumer Protection Office of Shenyang industrial and commercial bureau.
He said that after the sampling inspection, the Shenyang Municipal Bureau of industry and commerce should educate and punish the shopping malls. A class study class will be held in the near future.
They will be trained in laws and regulations so that businesses can understand how to ensure the legal norms of commodity market access, adhere to the system of claiming tickets, and do not enter or sell unqualified goods.
Ding Haozhe said that the current quality of clothing is not mainly in circulation, but in the field of production.
Industrial and commercial departments are limited to spot checks. The inspection of product quality of garment manufacturers depends on the supervision of the technical supervision departments all over the country to ensure that consumers buy reassuring goods.
