Our city has declared "Honghe Chinese export sweater manufacturing base in Xiuzhou District of Jiaxing" and "Jiaxing Xiuzhou District Wang Jingjing textile fabric export base", which will bring a "strong heart" to the pformation and upgrading of our textile industry.

The director of the Department of foreign trade and economic cooperation of the Municipal Bureau of foreign trade and economic cooperation said that the export base refers to the industrial agglomeration area with distinctive industrial characteristics, certain export scale and competitive advantages, strong demonstration, driving and radiating capacity, and a perfect industrial chain and supporting system.

After being recognized as an export base, it will get more support in the establishment of public technology and information service platform, export R & D innovation projects, and international market development activities, so that base enterprises will have priority in obtaining the international market development funds of small and medium-sized enterprises, and the policy of guiding foreign capital through foreign trade.

Yesterday, in the first half year of Wenzhou province's foreign trade working conference held in Zhejiang, we issued the "draft for the declaration method of Zhejiang agricultural light textile export base", which indicated that China will vigorously develop a number of export bases.

Zhang Xingfang, deputy director of the Municipal Bureau of foreign trade and economic cooperation who attended the meeting, said that according to the industrial characteristics of Honghe town and Wang Jingjing Town, the massive economic development, the increasing export industry and the research supporting situation of the established R & D and testing centers, the city declared "Honghe China export" in Xiuzhou District, Jiaxing.

"Declaration of export base is intended to boost the comprehensive strength of our textile industry."

Zhang Xingfang said that at present, only 5 of the 18 "Zhejiang export brand" enterprises in our city are textile enterprises, reflecting the serious lack of independent brands of textiles in our city. Textile enterprises still rely mainly on price to win in competition, and lack core technology with independent intellectual property rights.

Therefore, our city will strive to foster qualified enterprises to actively take the road of international brand grafting, pform from "OEM" to "create brand independently", and fundamentally enhance the core competitiveness of brand export enterprises.
