The First Textile Product Development Manager Training Camp Is Held.
Recently, the national textile product development center held the first textile product development training camp in Shengze. The training camp has attracted more than 30 representatives of textile and garment enterprises in Beijing, Shanghai, Shandong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Xi'an.
The training camp is based on the training of the managers and product development personnel of textile enterprises. In the form of small class teaching, the textile research and development experts of the authoritative trend research institutions at home and abroad, the key account managers of the international purchasing enterprises, the fabric development manager and the senior textile enterprise managers are invited to give lectures on improving the management level of the product development process, understanding the new product development direction and market demand of the new season, grasping the elements of product independent innovation, and increasing the core competitiveness of the products.
Lin Yingjun, a senior manager of Taiwan textile enterprise, introduced a unique management system of printing and dyeing plant -- the application of eight diagrams in innovation strategy.
Liu Xiaolin, designer of color matching of China Fashion Color Association, combines practical operation with the color application and color matching as the main content in the process of textile product development and popularization, and reveals the knack of product color application in visual merchandising era.
Orietta Pelizzari, director of fabric creative studio of Italy Textile Industry Association, started with the creative design method and introduced the latest trend of international textile market demand in autumn and winter of 2011/2012.
Zhang Jing, a senior product development researcher of the national textile product development center, analyzed the development direction of autumn and winter textiles in 2011/2012 from the perspectives of style, pattern, raw materials, dyeing and finishing technology.
Wang Xin, senior purchasing manager of Hongkong Otto International (Hongkong) Co., Ltd., fabric purchasing manager, and Li Feng Trading Service (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., Wang Ji, respectively analyzed the contents of the textile enterprises in connection with the international buyers, how to purchase the international buyers, the latest market trends, and how to promote the new products in the way of buyers and branding providers, and gave guidance to the products brought by the trainees at the training site, and put forward specific proposals at the same time.
The first textile product development manager training camp helps experiential training to enhance product developers' overall capabilities in developing management, designing and planning, and expanding the market.
From the feedback from the training field, the textile product development manager training camp has achieved good results.
