And the pressure of labor shortage, rising raw materials and rising wages will also gradually encroach on the profits of the traditional manufacturing industry.
At the same time, it is very worrying that with the expansion of the scale of garment enterprises, the original manual management system has been increasingly unable to adapt to the development of enterprises. The operation and management of enterprises are troubled by the inefficiency caused by a large number of manual processing and pmission of information.
At present, the garment industry in China is experiencing the pformation pains from quality competition to cost competition, forcing enterprises to turn to the market response speed and the overall improvement of technological innovation ability, and further urge the garment enterprises to make every effort to improve and keep pace with the times in the management mode and the application of information technology, which will decide the success or failure of the garment enterprises in the future.

However, it is impolite to say that because of the misunderstanding of information technology in domestic garment enterprises, there are many bottlenecks in information input, and there are many bottlenecks in talent, technology and so on. Therefore, the application rate of clothing enterprises in China is still low, and the results are very general.

In terms of information application level, domestic clothing enterprises are still relatively elementary, mostly concentrated in the financial system, OA and wage accounting system. A few good clothing enterprises also use the invoicing system, CRM and e-commerce, but the utilization rate of the fully integrated information software like ERP is very low, less than 10%, automatic control system accounts for only 12%, and textile dedicated CAD is less than 18%.
At present, it is difficult for most garment enterprises with dozens or hundreds of franchised stores or franchisees to make accurate distribution plans for their franchised stores and franchisees. It is also difficult to gather, forecast and analyze the sales situation of franchised stores and franchisees so as to delay business opportunities.
3, the phenomenon of information isolated island is still obvious.
Some good clothing enterprises even integrate many different information systems, but they do not integrate information well. There are "isolated islands of information". There is an access bottleneck in every system module, that is, whether enterprises such as ERP, CRM or OA adopt the same product, it is difficult to integrate naturally, and it is difficult to integrate with the future development strategy of enterprises.
This aggravates the difficulty of IT system construction and management, and is difficult to effectively improve the management level of enterprises.
4. The system solution is specialized and poorly differentiated
There are more and more applications in the clothing industry, but at present, most of the program providers are holding high the banner of "generalization" and seldom go to the grass-roots level to experience the actual needs of clothing enterprises. They have no time to seriously analyze their strong differences and try to "eat fresh food under the sun". The products are endowed with the function and value of "size eating and omnipotence".
