Once you encounter clothing, shoes and caps and other fields, "responsibility" is hard to define.
Unless there are obvious quality problems such as degumming, disconnection and so on, it is difficult to judge whether consumers are responsible for the damage of accessories, or the quality of products.
Temporary gaps in relevant laws and regulations
Is there a law or industry standard that can solve the trouble caused by accessories?
Ceng Xiangbin, director of the 3. 15 lawyer group in Hubei Province, told reporters that there is no uniform standard for the quality of three bags of shoes and hats.
Even with industry regulations, it is difficult to be so meticulous.

The specific operation depends on the promises and reminders made by the store and brand to consumers, such as a few days' replacement, some accessories are easy to fall off due to technical reasons, etc.
In this case, the seller should be responsible for repair, and after repair, it can not meet the quality requirements. It should be returned. "

A person in charge of a shopping mall in Wuchang also said that if the clothes sold were of the style and quality, as long as the trade mark was not torn up, the mall promised to replace it within 3 days, but it did not return in principle.
As for the status of accessories, there is no standard implementation, but the flexibility to solve the problem is very large.
