In the first half of this year, Huizhou exported $2 billion 520 million to Hongkong, the largest export destination, an increase of 46.4%, accounting for 29.2% of the total exports of the same period. Korea's exports to its largest trading partner increased by 1 billion 630 million, an increase of 12.5%, and the US and EU exports respectively increased by 1 billion 330 million and 1 billion respectively, 16.8% and 12.5% respectively.

Over the same period, Huizhou imported $1 billion 260 million from the Republic of Korea, an increase of 2%, and Japan and Taiwan respectively imported 1 billion 100 million US dollars and US $900 million, respectively, by 52.6% and 54.7% respectively.
