    In addition, the Japanese underwear production line has been imported to buy a total of 50 sets of foreign typing machines, CNC cutting beds, shearing machines and various testing equipment.

    Apart from the beyond garments, we are busy buying imported equipment for 22 new garment production lines. After the commissioning, we can reach 10 million garments per year.


    In the Shishi Bao Ge Science Park, Wei Xi is expanding to rebuild the original clothing production line. After the completion of the pformation project, the annual production capacity of 10 million pieces (sets) of men and women clothing has been reached.


    The status quo: the textile and apparel industry is still at the low end of the supply chain.


    "Among the many industrial sectors, the textile industry chain is the single industry chain with the longest and most employed industries. It extends from raw materials to the final consumer market, and there are many kinds of products, such as cotton, wool, silk, hemp and other raw materials.

    In recent years, China's textile and apparel industry is still firmly in the top position in the world, but the industry development still can not fundamentally get rid of the extensive mode characterized by quantity growth.

    With the expansion of industrial scale and the change of market demand, international competition has become more intense, and resources and environmental constraints have further intensified.

    The industrial chain is unstable, the industrial chain structure is unreasonable, the added value of creation is low, the services and supporting facilities are incomplete, and the structural contradictions accumulated in the traditional extensive development mode have not been fundamentally solved. Therefore, optimizing the industrial chain has become a very urgent common problem in the industry.

    Sun Ruizhe, vice president of China Textile Industry Association, said at the 2010 textile and garment industry chain Technological Innovation Conference.


    "At present, we have a consensus that China's textile and garment industry is still at the low end of the supply chain."

    Sun Ruizhe is worried about this. "In fact, as far as the vertical industry chain is concerned, the development of various parts of China's textile and clothing is not balanced, and the advantages of production and processing links are more obvious, while the capability of R & D and brand marketing at both ends is relatively weak."


    In addition, at present, China's textile and clothing industry is also facing various difficulties. In terms of management, family management has led to a serious brain drain. In today's international market, textile and garment enterprises and industrial competitiveness are increasingly emphasizing brand building, but at present, many enterprises are mainly sticking card production; in financing, small and medium-sized textile and garment enterprises have no financing.


    Guidance: effective demand for market and consumption


    Textile and garment supply chain, from spinning and weaving to retail terminal, is still on the market.

    Therefore, as a link in the supply chain, market demand is particularly important.


    "The international financial crisis that broke out in 2008 has objectively changed people's life style and consumption concept.

    Some consumers are forced to spend less money on the situation, and consumption will gradually become rational.

    Sun Ruizhe said.


    When consumers become rational, consumers will gradually abandon the past heroic spirit of "wasting money" and tend to choose products that are suitable for themselves and can really satisfy their needs.


    According to Sun Ruizhe, the proportion of clothing expenditure to income is not directly proportional to the income level of residents in China, that is, the growth of residents' consumption in clothing is higher than that in income growth.

    At present, the market of domestic first tier cities is nearly mature and saturated, and the two or three line city market has become a new market growth point of textile and garment industry.

    The residents of some two or three tier cities even consume more than the first tier cities, so many foreign brands have entered the two or three tier cities in China.

    In addition, the potential consumption capacity of rural residents will also be gradually released.


    "By 2030, China's textile and garment market will grow at an average annual rate of at least 10%.

    The overall improvement of income level and the increase of urbanization rate will bring about the upgrading of consumption power and the change of consumption concept.


    As a product manufacturing industry, regardless of your ability to control the entire supply chain, the textile and garment industry is ultimately the consumer.

    Therefore, taking the effective demand of the market and consumption as a value orientation in the supply chain, making the value guidance of this "effective demand" become an effective reference frame for the enterprise to grasp the operation supply chain is undoubtedly the most practical significance.


    Sun Ruizhe said that today, with the great abundance of material products, consumers are more and more sensitive to the functionality and price of products. They also have new pursuits in terms of their technological content and cultural content.

    "Especially for brand enterprises, we should not impress consumers in the traditional sense of quality and function. We must become a part of consumer demand in terms of brand culture and social responsibility."

    Concern: accelerating the integration and innovation of industrial chain


    In the global textile supply chain system, few direct Chinese suppliers are involved, most of them are local suppliers who come through European and American countries, or are pferred through suppliers in China's Hongkong and Taiwan regions.

    "Although the processing system of China's textile and clothing has been quite complete, the lack of service system is its weakness.

    Chinese suppliers may be very good at quality control and production, but they can not provide a one-stop solution for brands.

    Sun Ruizhe said.


    In recent years, the cost of labor and other production factors has posed great challenges to the industry.

    In the past, the extensive mode of solo and fresh food has been struggling. The textile industry is changing from cost oriented to value oriented in the past.

    In order to occupy a place in the international supply chain, China's textile and garment enterprises must break through the practice of focusing on cost comparative advantage and scale expansion in the past, and establish a sound quality management system for supply chain management so as to create conditions for industrial integration.


    Therefore, in the past, the "product innovation" competition between enterprises and enterprises has changed into a more systematic consciousness of the industry chain "integrated innovation" competition.

    Industry's upgrading of industrial concentration and innovation integration has become more and more obvious. Profit is becoming a new business rule for integrating industry chain innovation.


    In Europe, more than 400 experts from different fields of research have gathered in the "European future textile and garment technology platform", which include the functional, high performance fiber, fabric and final products based on nanotechnology, biotechnology, new coating and digital technology, the promotion and application of textiles in the fields of pportation, architecture, medical care and household appliances, preparation for the end of the era of mass production of textiles, and the study of mass customization, on-demand production, intelligent logistics, distribution and service.

    The textile industry readjustment and revitalization plan issued by the State Council has made the improvement of the public service system one of the key tasks of the textile industry's readjustment and revitalization in the next 3 years.

    We must strengthen public services, actively promote technological innovation and speed up the development of China's textile industry to high and new technology.


    China's textile industry should speed up the integration and innovation of the industrial chain so as to enhance the value of products.

    The integrated innovation is mainly reflected in quality, innovation, rapid response, environmental protection and social responsibility.
